Lets have them try clearing the cache on their iPad. According to Google, it should be these simple steps:

Open the Settings app, and scroll down to the fifth group of options (with Mail at the top). Tap Safari.

Scroll down again and tap 'Clear History and Website Data'.

Tap 'Clear History and Data'

I did go to normal browsing and specifically delete the cookies and saved login info for tarotsphere - I clicked on the info button to the left of the URL and highlighted and deleted JUST the tarotsphere ones (not all the proboard ones)
Before the deletion it was saying it didn't know if the site stored cookies and was saying 'unknown', now, after I deleted them it seems to know there are cookies.

I think this is a corrupted cookie issue.

I had to really play around with the settings on my phone though.

Computer access seems ok.

Anyone else still having issues???
