Locked out on all devices Hi Earthair! Can you screenshot your error messages?? Also, can you try private browsing or secret mode and let us know how it goes? Thanks! Holly

It's alright Holly, you're doing great! It's good it's getting resolved. I'm on Safari on my iPad, and since getting this back up the only issue I've had is that thread link redirects don't work. Like the ones on the sides of each board on the main page, or in your notifications, or in the "participated" tab. It just sends me back to the homepage. Will update with other errors if I find any. Wisely, from Support:

I'm in!!! "For this user, could you have them use private browsing mode in Firefox and see if they still receive the same error there? CTRL + SHIFT + P should be the shortcut to open a private browsing window. Do note that they'll have to login again as private browsing is essentially "separate" from the normal browsing experience" Yup, Private Browser window on Firefox works.

Ok- seems to be working for me now as guest and normal login in Firefox, and both open and private browsing windows... BUT I did go to normal browsing and specifically delete the cookies and saved login info for tarotsphere - I clicked on the info button to the left of the URL and highlighted and deleted JUST the tarotsphere ones (not all the proboard ones) Before the deletion it was saying it didn't know if the site stored cookies and was saying 'unknown', now, after I deleted them it seems to know there are cookies. I think this is a corrupted cookie issue.

All fine for me at the moment. Only difference was it said "oops" and told me to log in when navigating in via an email.

Anyone else still having issues???
