There are loads of decks I would like because of style, colour or to match a mood maybe, but unfortunately the bank balance as usual dictates for me. However I am waiting for the Druid Craft Tarot to arrive, thanks to a recommendation on this forum.I like the 20's/30's artwork and they seem easy to identify the meanings. But lined up in my wish list are The Gilded Tarot, and the Before and After Tarot Decks ( Pietro Alligo).

Just saw on Yoshi's twitter page that her Fairytale Mythology deck is going to become available in Spring 2020. Also, autumn of same year, Trungles' long awaited deck will also finally be available for purchase.
I got into tarot thanks to following these two decks, so I'm very, very excited to finally be able to purchase them.
I didn't take to the So Below deck at all when they first came out, as I wasn't at all attuned to the modern, every day images and vibe, so I only bought As Above. Now I’m thinking I might take another look, led partly by the Numinous and the Cook's
I bought the Numinous round about the same time the Next World was going..... such a struggle, as I could only have one. Whichever I bought, I was going to regret not having the other..... So now the Next World is on my ever increasing wish list...

HOLMES: what did you use,, the living the tarot book , was it a course or a self goal ?

wildrosespeonies: Self goal. I don't have time to sign up for actual card studies class even though I know many places offer them online. I use the guidebooks that come with the deck(s) for reference when I can't recall a card.

wildrosespeonies: Also, I think guidebooks are underrated. They can put more detail into the illustrations and some of them are pure poetry. (Mesquite and Pagan Otherworlds being my favorite guidebooks for that reason -- language is amazingly used)

HOLMES: a book written for the deck can be excellent if it adds , the tarot of the elves talked about the story behind the minors, one was really sad.. the hudes guidebook , and robin wood was awesome .

wildrosespeonies: Ooh, Marigold Tarot's print guidebook is finally coming along. I think I'm gonna pass on the pouch though. That box is very sturdy.

wildrosespeonies: Wow. I just discovered a tarot maker on kickstarter who blantantly stole another tarot maker's art. (The art is the art back of Sinking Wasteland.) I have let SW creator know. But wow! Can't believe that.

wildrosespeonies: The artist contacted the KS tarot card maker and they replaced the image, but I'm pretty sure the new image is stolen too. It looks familiar, but I don't recognize where the image come from.

auroralara: forum.tarotsphere.net The “force” behind tarot reading is always down to the reader. The “reader” being the mechanism by which tarot is interpreted is inevitably a human being or more. Humans being the creators of symbols and symbolism such as that
